This policy describes information collected through the Max Exteriors PDR website and online estimate forms. For questions about your information, contact info@maxexteriors.com.
Information you provide
When you request an estimate, we collect your selected shop, name and phone number. You may also provide an email address, vehicle description, damage type, service selection, request details, insurance-assistance preference, preferred contact method and optional damage photos. Email is required if you select email as your preferred contact method. Do not upload identification, insurance policies or other sensitive documents. Avoid including people, unrelated personal information or unnecessary license-plate details in photos.
Website preferences and request attribution
The website saves your selected city in your browser's local storage. During a visit, session storage records the first landing page, traffic source, campaign label and service context, where available, and associates these with your estimate request. A referring website's hostname may be recorded as the source. These records help us understand which location and campaign generated a request. You can clear this browser storage through your browser settings.
How we use information
We use the information to review your damage, assess next steps, contact you about the request, arrange an inspection when available and discuss repair or insurance coordination. Submission is not a confirmed appointment or authorization to begin repairs. Providing contact details for an estimate is not a request to join a marketing list.
Private storage and access
Estimate requests are stored in Lovable Cloud. Damage photos are kept in private storage, not published in a public gallery or shared through permanent public links. Website visitors cannot browse submissions or download other customers' photos. Access is restricted to authorized business personnel and service providers as needed to operate the website and handle requests. Security measures reduce risk, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Service providers and planned MaxFlow access
Website hosting and storage providers process information to operate this service. A secure connection to our MaxFlow system is being prepared but is not currently enabled for website lead delivery. Once enabled, authorized employees will review website leads and private damage photographs using MaxFlow's existing employee permissions. We do not provide a separate public photo-review area. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.
Retention and privacy requests
We retain information as needed to handle your request, support relevant repair records and meet applicable obligations. A fixed automatic deletion period has not been established. Contact info@maxexteriors.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to discuss retention. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where legally required. Do not send sensitive identity documents by ordinary email unless a secure process has been agreed.
External links and measurement
Directions links open Google Maps, and the established Dallas website is a separate website. Those services have their own privacy practices. Browser preferences and campaign attribution described above are in use; Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads tracking are not currently configured in this website. This policy should be updated when additional measurement services are activated.
Children and policy changes
The estimate service is intended for vehicle owners and people authorized to request repairs, not for collecting children's information. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us. We may update this policy when our practices change; the updated date will appear on this page.
